Does anyone know anything about benign fasciculation’s?

I have been diagnosed with benign fasciculation,s, this condition predominantly affects my legs. My muscles tend to be in constant motion even when relaxed.

Benign fasciculation is a movement disorder which manifests in fine tremors. While it is inherited, the cause is unknown.

Symptoms are:
bilateral tremors
clumsiness
sweating
nausea
shaky voice
anxiety
nervousness
difficulty writing
sweating

Treatment often includes
primidone or propanolol
botulinum toxin injections
thalatomy (surgery) or stimulus of thalamus
