I can never draw a full, satisfying breath?!
Question:
I can never draw a full, satisfying breath?
why could this be? i feel that the only way i can get a full breath is that if i contort my body a certain way. otherwise, i feel like something is preventing my lungs from inflating to the point where i feel like im getting an adequate supply of oxygen. it's a very nervewracking thing to deal with. i'm pretty sure i have a hiatal hernia though i haven't gotten an endoscopy yet (not health insurance) and i have suffered from acute GERD symtpoms for the past few months, though the drawing full breath's thing has been going on for what seems like several years and has recently gotten worse.

I've had this going on for the past 3 months. Its REALLY anoyying and it makes me feel like i'm dying all the time.
I do have anxiety disorder and it could be related to hyperventilation and hypeventilation syndrome but its hard to believe.
Its sucks to know your dealing with crap but it nice to know I'm not the only one dealing with this crap.
