Does having sex with an HIV+ person (unprotected, or the condom broke) automatically mean you will get HIV, or is it a risk!?
And I'm talking about gay anal sex!.

I believe there is a higher incidence/ risk of HIV infection in anal intercourse, whether it is heterosexual anal intercourse or homosexual intercourse!. This is due to the risk of anal injury resulting in bleeding etc!.

It is a risk and risk is higher than vaginal and oral sex!. The risk is estimated around 1 in 100 per single exposure if your partner has HIV!. The risk increases when the number of episode increases!.

No!. It is not certain!. the infection rate is something like one per every one thousand exposures, but I don't know about anal sex, it may be slightly higher, but it is not certain at all!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
