Answers:
I think you have hemorrhoids"!. The technical term for that is "hemorrhoids"!.
Basically, your poop is too hard so it's broken blood vessels along your anus, which is why there's blood coming out!. Yes you should definately drink more water!. You say you drink water a lot, but it is obviously not enough, becadefinitelyuld not have this problem if you drank enough!. Drink more than you normally would!.
As someone else mentioned, definately eat lots of fruits and veggies!. This will also help to soften your stool (poop)!.
Butdefinitelys suggested by someone else, eat bananas!! Bananas make you constipated, which you obviously don't need more of!.
Your best bets are apple juice & prune juice, along with a bunch of healthy fruits & veggies, and a truckload of water, along with applying your cream as directed, till it's ALL GONE! Do NOT stop the instant your problem does, it'll just come back worse!. And keep eating your fruits & veggies, and drinking all that water, or else it will come back again!.

Bloody poop can also be a sign of colon cancer, so you should get it checked out by a doctor if you see blood in your stool!.
