Yes smoking anything affects your vocal chords because you are inhaling super hot smoke which can burn and blister your vocal chords!. The reason a lotof singers smoke is because its addictive!.!. the same reason doctors and nurses who are WELL versed on how unhealthy cig's are still smoke despite that knowledge!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I have been trying to point that to many, but it's not what people want to hear!. Look at how many their are!. Sinatra did before the booze got him!. Madonna did before she quit because she had children!. All the Beatles!. Pink, Avril, Dean Martin (more booze)!. Eric Clapton still does, and still has a great voice!.
