Question: How do i get rid of dry skin!?

i have too much dry skin on my face and when i look at my face really close up in the mirror its allll white from dryness and im not white so yeah!.!.!. how do i get rid of it!?!? lotion isnt helping!.!.!.and i want A clear face without dryness pimples etc!. what do i do/Www@Answer-Health@Com
