Is it normal to vomit blood after a tummy tuck?

Also if you do vomit, is it normal for the vomit do be gray and with fat?

Its not someting to go to the hospital though. Its a friend that got a tummy tuck but she was spitting blood. She is going to the bathroom with no prob. & the vomiting stopped but she says she has heartburn that wont go away.
