I have blood in my stool, shou i wait to see if it happens again?
i just got off work and went to the bathroom and had blood in my stool, what can cause this, and could this be serious? this is the first time this has ever happened

If it is bright red then it could be something like a hemroid. If you are still bleeding then it is more serious and shouldn't wait and get it checked out immediately. If it is darker coloured and throughout your stool you could have bleeding somewhere in the intestinal tract which also requires immediate attention.
