Question: Can it be herpes if there's no pain or itch!?
I got some very small red bumps (very small though) on the head of my penis, and I am suspecting that it might be genital herpes!. I first noticed those two days ago, and they haven't really changed since, as far as I can tell!. I am really worried about that, but it doesn't hurt or itch!. It's not a great idea to try to diagnose an STD over the internet!. While this doesn't sound like herpes to me, there are many people with very mild symptoms - so this could indeed be herpes!.
I'd go to a dermatologist or (better yet) a clinic and see what they have to say!.
I wouldn't use the photos on the internet as a reference!. They are usually onlyl of very severe cases, and do not represent the majority of herpes cases!.

Herpes are usually blister-like bumps!. You should do a search on yahoo under pictures and take a look at some of the bumps to see what yours look like compared to herpes (kind of gross I know!) Either way, I would go get checked by your doctor!.!.!.if you don't have a doctor, I suggest a walk-in clinic!.

It could be, but you would know for sure!. The bumbs are quite large, bigger than pimples, and almost look like cuts!.!. It could be razor burn, a rash, irratation from your boxers!. Make sure you wash the soap off ALL the way after you shower, don't use any lotions or soaps with added fragrances!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Go to the doctor and get the area cultured, the sooner the better, if you wait too long and the area is almost healed up, you will not get an accurate result!.

It doesn't have to hurt or itch!. It has been said that one in every five sexually active people will get herpes!. Go to the Dr!. they have medication to make it go away!. If you are having sex make sure you are protected from now on!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Go to the doctor!. S/he can make a visual diagnosis as well as culture the site!. You need to go soon though, because the culture won't work if you have had the bumps for more than a couple of days!.

They are probably just cysts!. Very common!.
