Ok im not sure how to say this without being nasty!. Ok to start i been having a lot of problems down there i think i have bacterial vaginosis that keeps coming back!. All my doctor do is give me creams!. I just had a baby in may and now i have a IUD(birth control) and the problems are worst i just went to the doctor for the odor and blood clogs and she gave me antibiotics and a cream!.and it was ok for a week but not it's raw down there in the rectal area i can't even wipe back there!. the front area doesn't hurt much but it does burn during sex but it weird cause it doesn't burn when i use the restroom!. someone please help i know this might sound weird i"m looking for a new doctor for a second opinion but what could i do for the pain right now as i wait!. I did have a inner hermoid after i had my son that flares up sometimes and the creams and wipes dont work for that either!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Bacterial Vaginosis is hard to get rid of sometimes due to the fact that your partner and you could be passing it back and forth!. That can happen and it happened to me once!. maybe have your partner go to the doctor for good measures!. BV isn't technically an STD, though!. Have you been having diarrhea!?!? Sometimes that can be sooooo painful for your bottom!. Try maybe just sitting in a very warm bath for a good 30 min!. The blood clots could be due to your birth control!.!.!.but if you have already seen your obgyn about that then you've done the right thing!. I will say that you need to get a second opinion!. You won't offend your dr!. The hemorrhoid I am sure is also QUITE painful!. Your dr!. should be able to give you a prescription to help!. Also maybe try some over the counter pain med, unless you could take a prescription one!. I hope this helps a little!. Being a new mom is so hard not to mention all of this stuff going on too! Has your doctor tested you for a yeast infection !? The burning during sex sounds like it could possibly be yeast and it is very common to get yeast infections after having a child, I got one right after I had my daughter!.
The raw bottom end could very possibly be coming from the hemorrhoid, especially since you say you just had a child!.
