My pharmacist recommended Cetahpil to wash with and then Eucerin as a moisturizer!. I have been using both (Eucerin plus repair lotion) and also Eucerine everyday protection with spf 30 over the Euc!. plus!. It has really helped the flaking and the burning in the areas where the rash is the worst!. I does make your skin a little oily feeling especially if you accidentally use too much!. Just a few drops are necessary!. A little bit of a powder such as mineral wear gives a nice finish and gets rid of the shine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Triple Cream is awesome!. I have psoriasis and so does my son!. This has worked better than prescriptions for us!! It is in the baby isle at most department stores and Walgreens!. Remember winter is when it is worst and exfoliate first so it penetrates deep in your skin!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

the bad thing about psoriasis the same thing that works for one might not work for others all you can do is try different things some times it might work for awhile then stop working i have had psoriasis for 43 years and no one thing works bestWww@Answer-Health@Com
