Penis rash on left side of shaft?!

about six months ago i went to the doctor because i had a chest infection the doctor gave me some antibiotics that seemed to fix the problem but my hygiene at the time was very very poor,as soon as i started to take the antibiotics or around a couple of days i developed a rash on the left hand side of my penis sort of on the ball sack and the shaft it was very dry looking and just thought it could be eczema or something like that so i put some moisturizer on it that same day it puffed up and went bright red it was like a big red band aid,as much asi did not want to go to the doctor i went and he said it was a bit of inflammation and gave me some steroid creme to fix it and it did within a day it was gone,for the next couple of months i started to get an occasional foul taste in the back of my throat like gone of Flem then i started to develop the same red rash i still had some steroid cream left so i put some of that on and it fixed it but a couple of weeks later it was back again it comes and goes and when it come it is like the skin is just weak and rubes of or peels of and it hurts when it dose because its like rore skin under it, i have been searcing on thew net and the best i can come up with is a yeast infection that started from me taking the antibiotics and poor hygiene and the taste in my mouth whats do you think and if you have an idea how do i fix itWww@Answer-Health@Com
