Tiny red spots in groin area. What could it be?!


Question:

Tiny red spots in groin area. What could it be?

My roommate has some red spots around his groin area. (could be 4-5) - in the pubic area.
We've eliminated STD's - what else could it be?
They don't itch. It doesn't burn. There is no discharge. Just small little red bumps.
I was thinking it could be a different soap or laundry detergent -but it's not.

Any help here?

It could be prickly heat (miliaria).
