What is this rash and how can I clear it?!

Question: What is this rash and how can I clear it!?
About three or four days ago, I had some minor irritation on the left side of my mouth going down near my chin!. The next day, I woke up and had a brown (I'm Black) rash going down the irritated area and now the right side of my mouth and chin have a similar rash!. Very small pimple-like bumps are forming and the area itches very much!. The skin around it is also becoming very dry!. What could this be!? I've been stressed lately because of exams, so could it be stress related!? What are some good remedies to get rid of it!? Thank you!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
I doubt it is acne if changes the color and texture of your skin - my guess is some kind of fungus!. Dryness is not exactly typical, but the fact that it appears under stress is!. Go see a doctor on Monday!. Until then, you may have some luck containing it if you cut down drastically on sugar (typical study food in my own experience) and carbohydrates in gerneral if it's a kind of yeast!.

Try not to scratch it; you may hurt the skin even more and help it spread!. If it is a bacterial infection (like acne), try applying a mild desinfectant (I like chamomile tea bags for that)!. There may be analgetic salves that help with the itch, but I'd be careful around the mouth!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If it is acne & in your chin area it is probably it is probably hormonal!. If it is little blister with watery stuff inside it could be a staph infection & you will need antibiotics to clear it up!. so if you think it is staph get to a Dr because it is contagious!. if you think it is acne use a salicylic acid productWww@Answer-Health@Com

What is acne!?
Acne is the most common skin problem, affecting 70 to 90 percent of the population!. It tends to be familial, meaning that you inherited the tendency to the disorder from your parents!. The symptoms-pimples, soreness, burning, and itching of the skin-are usually worse in the teenage years, when there is a rapid growth of oil glands!. Most people stop having acne flare-ups by their early or mid-twenties!.

What causes acne!?
Acne is caused by blocked oil ducts in the skin!. During puberty the body starts to produce androgens, male sex hormones that are produced by both men and women!. These in turn increase the production of an oily substance called sebum, which is secreted by sebaceous, or oil, glands located at the base of the hair follicles in the skin!. The oil ducts enlarge and develop thicker walls during puberty!.
