my sis just got a zit and shes 8 is that unhealthy!!
Answers:
Not at all! Kids start puberty at all ages (younger ages have been much more common in modern times, as well), and eight isn't really too terribly young to get a zit; I got my first one at eight and although I did go through all the stages of puberty earlier than other girls I know, it didn't affect my health. It just means she'll probably get other things (breast development, periods, etc.) at an earlier age than other girls in her class. I'd be worried if, say, a five-year-old got a zit, but it sounds like your sister is right on track.
