Heart Palipations and gas?!

Heart Palipations and gas?
I have been having episodes where my heart will feel almost like its trying to skip a beat and then immediately thereafter a cold almost tingly feeling will go throughout my entire body.
I have also noticed that during these same "episodes" I will have gas. I have attributed the heart episodes to me having gas...but I cant be for certain. I am wondering if anyone else has ever experienced anything like this before?
Also, I want to point out that, I work out alot and find that this mainly occurs when I take a day off from working out. There may be no correlation between the episodes and my working out...I dont know!

Start writing down when all this occurs, and what you were doing around the time it started. Also, start watching what foods you're eating- it sounds to me a lot like acid reflux.
Go to a doctor though and ask. :)
