Is this a bugbite?

i have about 30 little red bumps on the back of my leg. they kind of look like pimples but more blown up, same size as a pimple but puffier. is it bug bites or what? i cant itch them because it hurts so bad!


Answers:

sounds like ant bites. Red ants leave marks like those. Dont itch them because they might get infected.
