Lump in back of neck?!
Question: Lump in back of neck!?
I have a lump in the back of my neck!. It's very very very small and not visible!. However, if I even gently press on it, it hurts like !@!#$$^ (excuse the language haha)!. I feel otherwise fine!. Should I be worrying instead of not really caring right now!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It sounds like a cyst!. Very common!. Don't play with it!. If it swells or gets worse go to your Doc!. I have them too!. No big deal!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
If it becomes any larger it would have the name carbuncle!. Then it would best be lanced by a doctor so that it would drain!. Before that, it is better for it to be absorbed!. If you put very hot compresses on it every few hours for several days, it will either absorb or come to the surface and bleed!. If it does that you put hydrogen peroxide on it a couple of times to clean away any puss remaining, and it will heal just fine!. If it absorbs then there is no mess and the pain should be relieved!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
