Question: With this diet, ill i get diabetes someday or not!?
this is what i usually eat each day:
powdered milk
oatmeal with chocolate
iced tea
rice
vegetable or meat
softdrink
fishballs
biscuits or pastries
rice(again for dinner)
vegetables and meat again
cereal
milk fresh
chocolate
7-8glasses of water

If diabetes run in your family you will be more prone to it and things you are eating will trigger it!.

You must eat a balanced diet , rich in fiber and having low glycemic index!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Diabetes is not "caused" by diet!. Diabetes is a failure of the pancreas!. It can be triggered by being overweight, but sometimes it just fails all by itself!.

Your dietary list does not go into enough detail!. For example, do you put sugar on your cereal!? How much sugar!? Sugar in your iced tea!?

And soda pops contain HUGE amounts of sugar!. Soda pops should be drunk very little -- no more than 1 a day!.

Chocolate is a hidden source of sugar!. raw chocolate is bitter, and so needs to be mixed with sugar to make is edible!. Therefore, anything with chocolate in it probably also has lots of sugar!.

Starches play an important role!. Starches are digested down to sugar!. Starches included breads, crackers, biscuits, rice, potatoes, and pastas

The biggest factor in determining diabetes is hereditary!. Did you parents or grandparents have diabetes!? if so, then you are at a greater risk!.

The second biggest factor is your lifestyle!. Are you overweight!? Do you get lots of exercise every day!?
