Question: WHY DO some people use insulin if they have type 2 diabetes!?

Generally you are right but eventually all diabetics do need insulin!.Over a period of time even type2 diabetics stop producing insulin as the insulin they produce has no action on sugar!.Tablets do help to sensitize their insulin to sugar for sometime!.In case of infection or injury they may need supplimentary insulin for some time!.Over the years the tablets alone is not sufficient as they gradually stop producing their own insulin!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Some type 2 diabetics only need to watch what they eat, some need to take pills, some take insulin and pills, and some just take insulin!. There are different levels of how serious type 2 diabetes is, since some people produce more insulin than others!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Some people w/type 2 develop resistance to the insulin the body produces!. So sometimes they need extra insulin to help maintain normal glucose levels!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
