I Just had a brain trombosis. There was a blood clot in the main vein of my brain.?

I was in the hospital for the last month. They were giving lovenox and comadin. They ahd also to tab my spine to take fluid to help with pressure that i was feeling in my eyes. and I had a pump in my ear to keep draining the fluid.
Does anybody had an experience like that before?

hi brazilgirl, I am a female and I had a stroke due to a brain thrombosis and clot in my main vein as well 2 yrs. ago. I was on coumadin for 6 months but then bled out so then they stopped treatment until last yr. I was put on Lovenox injections due to throwing another clot in my left leg.

The shots hurt like heck but it beats another stroke. My clot on the brain is gone so I can honestly say that the Lovenox worked wonders. oh, I was only 37 when it happened.

Don't give up. If you need physical therapy due to any weakness (I had to have it) keep on at it and you will get better in no time. just have patience.
