Question: Hands go Really hot/cold!?
My hands are so hot they cause me too feel really uncomfortable and put under cold water of very cold ( don't really notice unstill some one says) My friends notice my V hot/cold hands so its not just me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You have a circulation problem, if it persists go and see your pharmacist and if advised your GP!. In the meantime try aerobic exercise, running on the spot, star jumps, torso twists etc!. The exercise will push the blood around your veins and help your body remove toxins!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I think we have the same problem mine is not as serious but i think you have bad circulation and you should drink plenty of prune juice that gets rid of it rub once rub peanut butter on your hands it is an organic remedie and it will releave your hot/cold hands I know it sounds weird but it really works!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
