I have these dark patches on my neck?!

Question: I have these dark patches on my neck!?

I was at tennis practice today and a girl on the team noticed something weird on my neck!. It looks like a really really dark tan, or even a large bruise!. I am somewhat tan, but this is like 2-3 shades darker, and is has some lighter splotches in it!. I don't think it is a bruise because I haven't done anything to bruise it and it doesn't hurt at all, it just looks really weird!. People are gonna think somebody tried to choke me or something!. Anybody know what this could be!? Should I go to the doctor!? thanks! oh and i'm 16
