PImple-like bumps on 4 year-olds inner thighs?
My four year old son has something like pimples on his inner thighs. They are start out red and develop a white head like an actual pimple. Does anyone know what this is?

my best guess would be milia. if they are milia, they are firm and are white. there's nothing to worry about if that is what it is, they will go away after a while.
