Scary heart flutters?
it doesnt happen all the time but sometimes i feel like there is something moving in my chest, if i feel my pulse when this happens my heart literally skips a beat, sometimes i end up coughing because it feels so uncomfortable, im 25, whats wrong with me??

sounds like palpitations. All the women I know get these from time to time. I used to get lots of them however, since I cut out caffeine and smoking they have gone completely. Stay away from drinks like Redbull - that used to send my heart literally racing. I sometimes find that around my period, I may get some palpitations. If you are worried go and see your GP.
