An initial consultation without testing or labs would probably be between $120.00-200.00 prior to insurance coverage. If they do testing or labs, the cost goes up. If the problem is that your insurance won't cover an appointment with an allergist, (mine won't) you might try an ENT instead. They generally deal with allergy problems frequently. On the other hand, if you have no insurance, they will cost about the same for a visit.
