White heads on my cheeks?!
Question: White heads on my cheeks!?
I recently had white heads on my cheeks!. tiny little bumps that show up when i wash them and in sunlight!.
so i got really aggravated by them and decide to pick at them [ i now know I'm not suppose to] because i thought they were regular pimples!.
now i end up with tiny scars or!.!.!.!.swollen white heads on my cheeks for the last couple of days!.
how do i get rid of it!?!? is there some calming/healing substance i can put on them!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Oh, I have those too!.
They're hormonal, caused by stress and whatnot!.
I've had them since I was about 9 or 10 and I still have them!.
I've used every product you can think of, and they haven't gone away!.
It really pisses me off and it must piss you off too!.
Because I have some scars, too!
I'm always stressed so they just keep getting worse and worse!.!.
The best treatment is to regulate your life!.
Keep it calm and easy-going!.
I'm always busy and I've always got something to do, a paper to write, homework to finish, and not enough time in the day!.
Keep your life as stressless as possible!.

I poke them with a pin and then squeeze them with my fingernails until the hard bit pops out!. I don't have any scars!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
