i was diagnosed with it previously, but i hav gotten medication for it!.
how long does it take the medication to kill the bacteria before i can be sexually active again with out the risk of spreading it!?

if you had it previously then wait to have sex until your done with your antibiotics!. you can be retested to see if you have got rid of the infection, by another test!. also all your partners that your having will need to be treated, because if they have it, then they are going to give it to you again!. And not everyone will have symptioms!. So just because they dont have the symptoms doesnt mean they dont have it!.
Use a condem!. This is treatable and you can get rid of it, but there are other diseases like herpes, genital warts, hiv, and hepatitis to name a feww that one can have the rest of your life!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Possibly a week to two weeks!. Then go back to the doctor to get tested again before you become sexually active again!. Chlamydia is curable!.
