ok, so for the past few days i've had a cold!. and starting yesterday, like every time i cough my chest hurts!.mostly on the right side of my chest!. are chest pains normal in a cold!? yesterday in gym class i was also in the school weight room, and i used a machine that stretched my arms and chest !.!.!.could that have something to do with the pain!? The pain could be caused from either or both of these situations!. You need to take some ibuprofen on a regular basis which will help heal the sore muscles in your chest area!. If it gets progressively worse with the use of ibuprofen, then it is time to see your doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
