I had my ears pierced a year ago!. They have been fine, except in my left ear it throbs and itches when I put an earring in, and a lump appears in the back and it stops the earirng from going in!. You have to pop it and this smelly white soap-ish gunk comes out of it!. The other one is perfectly ok!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sounds like you may have an infection!. I would definately see a doctor about that!. If you don't want to do that, start cleaning it regularly with peroxide and water solution!. Somtimes they will clear up on their own!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
The white stuff is likely to be sebum!. I get it sometimes without piercings!. It is like a sebaceous cyst, which you have vented!. Basically sweat and body oil!. To stop this, a doctor is needed!. Go now, while you still have an earlobe!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Go to the doctor!. Infections are common with piercings, even after years!. My sister can't have her ears pierced, she gets constant infections when she does!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
