Are some people born with some problem in their voice ??? or everyone is born wi!

Question: Are some people born with some problem in their voice !?!?!? or everyone is born with normal voice !?
I work in a superstore and my co-worker is about 20 years old guy and he goes to college!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.
I have noticed that there is some problem with his voice, his voice is not like normal people, his voice is very low and sometimes I feel that he has 2 voices: the very low voice and normal voice which a guy should have at this age!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.because sometimes when he speaks, I feel that his normal voice is there, but he is not able to get it!.!.!.may be its because he has gone through any accident which made him lost some part of his normal voice

I know I am not able to describe the situation clearly!.!.!.but I am curious to know if this could be the problem because of some accident in his life OR he was just born like that !?!?!?!?

I don't want to ask him because I am afraid that this question will upset him as he is my best friend and he is a very sweet guy!.!.!.but I want to know what might have happened to him !? and maybe I am able to help him in some way

I just want to know if all humans are born with normal voice (except for those who can't speak at all) !?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

Answers:
No, not all people are born with a "normal" voice!. Some may sound very weak, others sound very high pitched, like some women who still sound like little girls!. It is entirely possible that his throat could have been damaged in a car accident, especially if the seat belt shifted and pushed too hard on his larynx!. But if it is not an issue of his accident, there are vocal coaches who actually help ones to learn how to use their diaphragm to help change the way their voice projects!. Also, the famous cartoonist Scott Adams who draws the popular Dilbert comic series has a condition called Spasmodic Dysphonia which might be worth your looking into!. He has been treated and has recovered nicely he reports!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

if he is your Best friend you should be comfortable enough to ask if he has been in an accident, some people are born with hearing problems too, & this affects their speaking, They think they are talking to loud so lower it & or they talk way too loud because they can not hear well, & can't hear themselves so they yell, because they think no one else can hear them either!!.!.!. Just be kind about it and tell your friend , Hey you dear sweet friend of mine how come you whisper sometimes when your telling me something!? He may not know he is doing it !.!.Tell him you aren't being critical about him , just concerned!1 (best answer!? probably not ) but that doesn't matter if you get 1 that really helps you & Your friend GOOD LUCK!
