How many hours of sleep do i need?!?
im a 14 year old girl.and i have to wake up at 630 tomorrow.
how many hour of sleep should i be getting?
Answers:
Its usually good to get 8 hours of sleep. If you can't fall asleep right away try to read a book, listen to music, or just chill out in bed. It depends on the person mostly, but 8 is the recommended amount. I can usually go on 6-7 hours of sleep.
