Doctor Called to discuss Blood Test Results?

Went for a checkup and doctore took my blood test and now he has called me to talk .does it something is really wrong .i look normal and healthy
i thot usually nurse calls to say everything is fine .

i meant the doctor has asked me to come to his office to meet him . thats why im more worried
