Why is my asthma acting up?!

could be a drastic temperature change thats what happens with me! it's really hot one day and the next day its SUPER cold!.!.!. well i live in italy so its like that!.!.!. especially in this time of the month!.!.!. and that really messes with it!.!.!. take care =/ hope you keep it under control!Www@Answer-Health@Com

The first thing I would do is to get a good surgical mask or a respirator rated N95 and put it on!. The next thing I would do is to change the filter in the air conditioning system!. After that I would change my bed down to the mattress and wash everything completely!. After that I would clean the house and vacuum everything!. Next I would call an exterminator and make sure that there isn't a cockroach anywhere in the house!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have ashtma too!. I cut dairy food (except butter!.!.!.I no!.!.!.i no!) out of my diet and this helped alot!. I also went to the doc and got my inhaler changed as I felt thet my old one, ventolin, wasnt doing the job quite as good as it had in the past!. When I have a bad episode I try and lay down and relax, I know its hard but when you take your mind off it just a little it reduces the frustration that goes with the short breaths!.
