Does anyone else find 4 units of alcohol in one day difficult to stay under?!

Does anyone else find 4 units of alcohol in one day difficult to stay under?

I tend not to drink every day, but if I do I have sometimes drunk a bottle of wine. Today I am trying to stay under 4 units by measuring units of alcohol in homebrew. I believe the brew is 10%, and so this means I can drink 400ml. A full bottle is 750 ml, so there will be some wasteage.

I have decided to try making 5 and 1/3 ABV alcohol in a 750 ml bottle and then I will be sure there are exactly 4 units in each bottle!

I too drink only occasionally but when i do i find that i almost never stay below 4 units. Which is unfortunately because some recent studies have shown that occasional binge drink is worse for your health then continuous moderate drinking.
