Can you take an STD test while you're sick?
My boyfriend got a doctor's appointment set up because he became ill yesterday.. Well, I suggested that he get an STD test done like I had been asking him to do already. When I asked him though, he said they probably wouldn't do it because he was sick (but he's not on any antibiotics at the moment). I'm curious to know if he's just avoiding it or not...

I think you know the answer to this already. the doctor will only need a urine or blood sample and the fact that he is sick will have no bearing on the results of the test.
