What are some things that can cause abnormal liver function to show up on blood work?

i just had blood work done and those were the results. i don't drink a lot. i don't have hep. i will have my abdomin scanned next week and trying to do my research. anyone that has had similar problems or can give me any advice would be greatly appreciated.

again i don't have hepatitis! they tested my blood for that. the results were negative.

I had this happen to me recently. Got the abnormal liver function test results and went in for an ultrasound. The imaging showed nothing, so I'm going back in a few months for another blood test.

Liver function tests can be elevated if your liver is damaged by drinking, enlarged gallbladder, fatty liver, or other direct trauma or disease and is releasing enzymes. The enzymes checked during the test are not solely excreted by the liver. So if you work out strenuously, this may cause them to be elevated. If they are serverely out of range, I wouldn't worry. By definition, 5% of healthy, normal people will fall out of the laboratory ranges.
