I had abnormal paps for like about two years, eventually now is gone, i took the Gardisil shoot. I just wonder if HPV come back, could my boyfriend reinfect me?

I was diagnosed 3 weeks ago with HPV and I've done my research and asked a million questions.
You body has fought off the virus BUT there is no cure for HPV so once you have it...you have it, especially if you've gone treatment for it. Unfortunately...yes...you bf can give it back to you. The shot does not protect you from getting HPV, it is intended to ward off the most severe of the strains (i.e. the ones that give you cancer).
