Bloated from diarreah??!

Bloated from diarreah??
I got really bad diarreah and stomach cramps for about 9hrs yesterday... the diarreah stopped, but the cramps are still there off and on. I "emptied" out sooo much, so why am I bloated???
How do I get rid of it? I've been drinking lots of water, eating chicken noodle soup and crackers... what else can I do? I hate this bloat...
PS: I have no idea how I got this!

You could take anti-diarrhoea tablets but i wouldnt recommend it, they will just constipate you and diarrhoea is your bodies way of getting rid of something bad that maybe you have eaten or shouldnt be there. bear with it, if it lasts another day or there is blood in the toilet, see your doctor.
