Can someboedy suggest some different ways to get rid of red marks on face?

red marks or pimples? i reccomend clear pore cleanser/mask by neutrogena. it keeps my skin really clear. its a dual cleanser so about once or twice a week i use it as a mask also. its refreshing (a little tingly/minty) and safe on sensitive skin. for blemishes such as red marks i put a little dab over the trouble spots and sleep with it. by morning it should be significantly better. also visine works. apply it with a q-tip and it should get the redness out. good luck.
