Itchy Tattoo Sort Of???

So basically about a week and a half ago I got some color on one of pieces that I got last year. Its healing good and there are no problems with the actual tattoo except that about 4 days ago I developed little red bumps about a half an inch above the tattoo. There aren't that many but there extremely uncomfortable and itchy, my tatt is itchy too but there are no bumps on it. My arm isn't red or inflamed and its only above the top of my tatt not the whole thing.The itching seems to be getting a little better each day but I still wonder what this is. If anyone knows what I can use on it and what may of caused it please let me know :/

Some kinds of inks do that to peoples skin, just like some peoples tatt's are raised because of the ink. Don't worry about it, it will go away pretty quick. I know I can't have a certain kind of ink or else I break out in bumps. Every place uses a different kind of ink just remember that.
