Question: What vitamins are for the skin!? and what happens if you take more than stated dosage!?

Vits A,B complex,C, D, K !.
A, carrots, mango, sweet potato, spinach,egg yolks, dried apricots!. Overdose = liver damage, hairloss
B vits, bananas, eggs, liver, oatmeal, rice,Overdose, numbness, difficulty in walking, nausea, vomiting, insomnia!.
C, citrus fruits, tomatoes!. Overdose, diarrhoea, stomach ache
D, egg yolks, oily fish,liver, dairy products and we make some ourselves in sunlight!. Overdose, build up of calcium deposits which interfere with the build up of muscles, heart tissue
K, green leafy vegetables, vegetable oils, cereals, small amounts in meat!. Overdose, face flushing, rashes, gastro intestinal upset!.

Recent studies have shown, taking vitamins above the RDA will have no benefits and those that do, actually have a higher mortality rate!.
