Feral kitten bite!?

well, me and my neighbor are trying to tame 3 feral kittens, and one of them got really scared and bit me on my thumb, it made two little marks, it bled a little bit, and I washed my hands right after, but I'm just worried of it getting infected or me catching something, what do I do? And it didnt go into my skin very deep, it just went into the first layer of skin, not to where the veins are or anything, but I'm still worried. I don't wanna die!!!!!!!!! Or go to the doctor or anything, and its not serious, I already put peroxide on it,and a band-aid. My neighbor got bit badly, and nothing happened to her, but I'm stil worried about me. The kittens are two months old, and healthy looking.

If the kitten doesn't have rabies I doubt if you will die, but HOWEVER, I got bitten on my leg by a cat and even though I washed it and used hydrogen peroxide, the wound on my leg got really infected. after two days I went in - antibiotics did the trick but the doctors said to NEVER wait on a cat bite if it turns red or doesn't heal - cats' mouths have toxins. I still have a huge indentation on my leg, from where the bite was, tissue was pretty infected.

So, if by tonight the wound still hurts, starts swelling or turning red. go to the doctor and get an antibiotic shot and pills.
