if so the heat pads dont make the urine hotter than it needs to be do they???like do the heat pads keep them between 90-100?

We use a whizinator on the dog. It is a small band of cloth that prevents him from spraying the furniture. It doesn't heat. I had no idea they made something like that for humans, especially for that purpose.
You do realize that wearing something hot in that area of the body can cause testicular cancer and low sperm counts?
