onset is the length of time it takes for the insulin to begin lower your blood sugar

75/25 is the ratio of fast acting and intermediate acting insulins in the mixuteWww@Answer-Health@Com
The numbers mean the percentage of insulin from animals to artificial insulin!. As for the onset part, I am not sure!.
As someone else said it also means the percentage of long lasting insulin to fast acting!. Usually the animal insulin is the fast acting one!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
