Question: The Part Under My Eye Keeps Twitching!? What's going on!?
Like the skin part under my eye!. Where people usually get bags under their eyes if they don't get enough sleep around that area,

But why has this been happening so much lately!? It's been going on for about 3 days!.

There's a couple factors that can cause your eye to twitch!. Lack of sleep, too many hours on the computer, too much caffeine intake, and the main one: stress!.

I've had this happen to me for over a month at different times, usually when I'm under a lot of stress!.

It's nothing to be worried about even though it can get pretty annoying at times!. Should go away eventually!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

muscle spasms aren't anything to be too concerned about!. Mine does that every now and again and it happens for a few days like you said!. It's annoying, but the chances that something is wrong with you are very very unlikely!. One thing I've heard is your not drinking enough water!. I'm sure there are other causes as well, like one poster's answer: stress!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

i had the same prob, but it went for about 6 weeks!. so bloody annoying!. It was from looking at the computer too long and straining my eyes!.
I work on computers 8-12 hours a day so i took a holiday and it went away!. it comes back every few months and i have to wear glasses now!.
try resting your eyes for a bit!. avoid computers and small print books and the mobile unless you have to use it!.
it goes away but its annoying!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

you could just be developing something i know his older lady who that happens to ALOT and if you ARE developing a twitch its probably something to do with the muscles around ur eyes!.

if it keeps up u might have to just cope with it or something idkWww@Answer-Health@Com

This is happening to you because of lack of sleep!. No damage will happen to your eyesight or health or anything but if it keeps annoying you, an extra hour of sleep each night should get rid of it and do the trick!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

my did that for 2 weeks straight and it was because i was not sleeping well and was tired!. try to get more sleep and it will go away!. and don't worry, other people can't see it, only you can feel it!. it's annoying isn't it!? good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

That happens to me sometimes to!. There is nothing you can really do about, I know it's really annoying!. Just leave it alone and it should go away on its own eventually!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

That used to happen to me too and a lot of time and so randomly last year!. It just stopped on its own!. It hasn't happened for a while!. But people were telling me that it was from stress!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

That happens to me too when 1) I am under an abnormal amount of stress or 2) I am getting too much caffeine!. Sometimes both! It feels really weird but it goes away when the stress and/or caffeine goes away!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
