Why so i feel so ill? identify my symptoms?

Hi there everyone...my symptoms incluse
slight dizziness ( not severe or a major prob)
nausea
shaking
yeast overgrowth
thurst
fatique
lack of motivation
constant need for sugary foods
feeling ill after opening bowels

i have been tested for diabetis and it's not that

can you think of any other think it could be please?
