My wife has just found out her sister has breast cancer. What are the chances she will develop it also?
They share only one parent, both have seperate fathers

Breast cancer runs in our family on the female side, i looked in to having tests to find out if i was a carrier of the gene, was told if i was a carrier i would have a mammogram every year, I chose not to have the test, as i found out even if you do carry it may not always develop into breast cancer, and as breast cancer runs in the family i am still entitled to a mammogram every year and have done since i was 33.Preventions better than cure. Remember breast cancer is not a life sentence, it can be beaten.
