Question: Good body scrub or soap to help with acne!?

Anyone use a product that helped clear their shoulders, back, etc!. of acne!? What causes guys to get acne on their backs and shoulders!?

I know its mainly for the face but i used St!.Ive blemished skin apricot scrub and it worked really well and i used a bit of savlon cream too :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
