How do I stop back acne?!
Question: How do I stop back acne!?
Hi I'm 16 and I have had back acne for about about 18 months!. I wash throughly everyday but still I get new spots!. Pretty much every time I shower I scrub harder!.
Unfortunately I haven't been able to help but pick them and I have really ugly scaring to go with the spots!. It is horrible and really bad for my confidence!.
The spots (and scars) are mostly on my upper back and also on my right butt-cheek(Yep, Just the right one!)
I really dont know what to do about it, I have tried hair,skin and nails tablets and like I have already said, I've tried scrubing even harder when showering!.
What can I do about it!?

when you shower don't have the water boiling hot and really powerful as that opens your pores and will increase chance of spots when oy uget out and rub yourself with towel!.
you can buy bacne sprays from clinque which are really useful for hard to reach places

use bio oil for scars
